I understand that things happen + things come up unexpectedly,but due to the increase in no show + late cancellations, I will have to implement a cancellation policy to protect me and my business. Know this is not easy for me to do, as I love each and every one of my clients; but I also have a business to run . Unlike other jobs, I do not get PTO, sick leave, or benefits such as health insurance/other insurance options. This means when someone no shows me or cancels at the last minute - I go without pay. This also means that I potentially turned away a client because that times slot was not available. Effective immediately, I will require a credit card to hold any appointment booked online. Please give me at least a 48 hour notice of cancellation or to reschedule. Any appointment cancelled the day of will be changed 25% of the appointment total. Any no-show will result in being charged 75% of the total service amount to protect my time + business.
